What are the conditions to make a return?
Only items returned within 28 days after delivery, in new condition and their original box, accompanied by the "Return Request" duly completed, will be accepted.
How to return an order?
We will only accept items returned within 28 days, unworn and in their original box (no damage to the box), with the return slip, available to download on your customer account.
To make the return, let yourself be guided by the following steps:
1. Log in to your account at our wenbsite and go to "Orders"
2. Select the order containing the product you want to return
3. Select the product you want to return by checking the box next to its name
4. Indicate the reason for the return. All returns must be in new condition
5. Print your return form in your personal space and place it once completed. Unfortunately, if this form is missing, we will not be able to identify your order number and process your return promptly.
6. Paste the prepaid shipping label, get your proof of deposit stamped and keep it. Please drop it off at a postal centre.
Online orders on the website cannot be returned to the store. Please make your returns by following the online procedure only.
How to proceed to an exchange?
We do not offer regular exchanges on our website.
If you need a different size or another style you could either ask for a credit note in your return request or place a new order on our e-shop.
How to get the refund / have my order returned?
In order to receive a refund or a credit, the returned product(s) must be in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging (box, accessories). Any product that has been worn, damaged, is not in its original box or whose packaging is damaged will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
From the moment we receive your return in our warehouse, the average processing time is 15 working days (Monday to Friday).
The confirmation of your refund or the edition of your credit will be notified to you by email.
A credit note is valid for 1 year from the date of issue
Credit notes created as a commercial gesture are not refundable.
